Summerised Itinerary
DAY 01: Pick up from Kigali and transfer to Kyambura
You will meet your guide early morning at the Hotel/Airport to start your 5 day Uganda gorilla and chimp safari. You will stop at the Genocide memorial in Kigali for cultural and Historical experience and later en route Lunch before proceeding to Kyambura.
Accommodation: Chimpanzee Forest guest house/Kibale Home stay

DAY 02: Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi Wetland walk
After an early breakfast you will drive to the park headquarters for briefing about the chimpanzee trek. Your guide will let your know the principles and guidelines for the trek. You will later start the trek and you will be allowed to view Gorillas for one hour and later return. During the trek you will have chances of viewing birds, Monkeys, Baboons, and other animals.
Upon return you will head to the lodge for a refreshment and later visit Bigodi wetland and community. You will able to interact with the community members, have a walk through the wetland as you spot birds.

DAY 03: Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park arriving in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight. Bwindi has three sectors that is Nkuringo, Rushaga, Ruhija and Buhoma which are located in the South and North of bwindi. Your accommodation will be selected according to availability of permits.

DAY 04: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Community Experience
After an early breakfast you drive to the Park headquarters for briefing about the trek. You guide will let you know the dos and donts of trekking and the Gorillas and after you will start your trek into the forest. Experienced guides and trackers will accompany your party on an early morning trek into the dense rain forest on the mountain slopes. Viewing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat abundantly rewards the journey through dense foliage and up steep climbs with a lifetime experience. You will have an opportunity to be within meters of these magnificent apes, sharing in their daily lives and experiencing their day-to-day activities.

DAY 05: Drop-off at Kigali International Airport and Departure
After breakfast you will bid fare well to the lodge and drive back to Kigali to end the trip and have the route lunch, later proceed to the Airport/Hotel to end your 5 day Uganda Gorilla and Chimp Safari.
