As Managing Director he oversees long-term strategy, key partnerships, and daily operations, making sure that each trip reflects the company’s values and that guests receive consistent standards of service across destinations.

He views tourism as a way to support local livelihoods and conservation, so he works closely with staff, guides, and partners to promote fair practices and community involvement. Under his guidance, Experiya continues to grow as a trusted Ugandan safari brand, offering tailored trips while maintaining a practical, guest-centred approach to every itinerary.

Katto Garasiano

Senior Tourist Driver / Guide

Languages: English, Kiswahili, Kirundi / Kinyarwanda, Runyakitara (fluent), basic French.

Specialties: Primates, culture, birds.

For more than ten years, Katto has been guiding travellers through Uganda and East Africa, combining story-telling, humour, and deep field knowledge. He explains wildlife behaviour, habitats, and community traditions in a way that makes guests feel informed and relaxed on every drive. Whether he is tracking chimpanzees in Kibale Forest or helping birders find sought-after species along the Albertine Rift, he uses his experience to position guests for rewarding sightings while keeping respect for nature at the centre.

Katto is also a strong voice in Uganda’s guiding community. He is a certified Tourist Guide Trainer, a qualified UVTAB Assessor, and currently serves as Chairman of the Uganda Safari Guides Association (USAGA) – South West chapter. Through these roles he mentors upcoming guides, supports continuous training, and works to raise guiding standards across the country.

Twinamasiko Gard

Senior Safari Guide

Languages: English, Kiswahili, Runyankore–Rukiga.

Specialties: Big game, culture, nature interpretation.

Gard is one of Experiya Tour Company’s most requested guides, known for his warm welcome and genuine love for Uganda’s landscapes. For over four years he has been leading safaris across Uganda and the wider region, explaining wildlife, culture, and conservation in clear and friendly language. His trips blend game viewing with cultural stories and time around the campfire, so guests leave with a better understanding of the places and people they visit.

He reads animal behaviour well and uses that insight to give guests strong chances of seeing lions, elephants, and other large mammals while still putting safety and responsible viewing first. Fluent in both English and local languages, Gard also helps visitors connect with communities, ask questions, and appreciate how conservation and local life are linked.

Twinomujuni Albert

IT Consultant & Digital Marketing Specialist

Expertise: Digital strategy, content marketing, tourism branding.

Albert is part of the digital team behind Experiya Tour Company’s online growth. With a background in IT and tourism-focused marketing, he brings together technology and storytelling to present Uganda and East Africa clearly to travellers researching their next trip. He works on website structure, content planning, and marketing campaigns that highlight real experiences and answer common questions from guests.

His role includes planning blog articles, social media updates, and email communication, as well as improving how Experiya appears on search engines and booking platforms. By aligning digital content with what actually happens in the field, Albert helps ensure that guests see accurate information, realistic expectations, and a clear path from online research to confirmed safari.

Kamugisha Andrew

IT Consultant & Digital Content Specialist

Expertise: SEO, content writing, online brand strategy.

Andrew supports Experiya’s online communication, helping the company reach travellers who are searching for safaris and holiday ideas. He focuses on search engine optimisation, user-friendly web copy, and a consistent brand message so that guests can easily understand what each trip includes and how to choose the right itinerary.

He believes that a safari begins with clear information, so his work covers everything from blog posts and destination pages to FAQs and performance tracking. By combining data, writing skills, and knowledge of East African tourism, Andrew helps Experiya stay visible, trustworthy, and easy to contact for guests planning their next adventure.

Arinda Mackline

Reservations Officer

Expertise: Booking management, client support, itinerary coordination.

Arinda is responsible for turning plans on paper into confirmed safaris. She secures park permits, books lodges, coordinates transfers, and checks that flights, travel dates, and guest preferences all line up. Her background in hospitality and strong organisational skills allow her to manage detailed schedules and last-minute changes without losing track of key details.

Guests often interact with Arinda from the moment they first enquire until they return home. She answers questions, shares updated documents, and handles adjustments such as delayed flights or date changes where possible. Her calm, friendly approach helps guests feel supported and confident that every part of their trip has been carefully arranged.
